Not formal at all really did not meet the standards. It was done in a very awkward manner and the interviewers just bragged about themselves and how much business they made in a month very unprofessional

Amazing process, more of the company trying to get to know you as compared to the traditional interview process. All the individuals involved were well-mannered and kind, They treated all interviewees with respect, they don't try to grill you.
The interview process went smoothly . I was asked multiple case scenarios so be prepared. Do your research on the company, and have an understanding of the position you’re applying for. You will be asked questions about your interest in the position and the goals you deserve to achieve in the company.
