Interview
Applied online in December 2015. Was contacted by a Bay Area recruiter in late December. Had a 10-20 minute phone screen in early January. Mostly cultural fit questions and a brief discussion of resume. Then was passed to a local recruiter, who set up two 30-minute video interviews with members of the hiring team the next week (mid-January). This was a non-tech position, so the questions were entirely behavioral and cultural/team fit. Was contacted the next week by the local recruiter for a 5-10 minute phone conversation. The last conversation was a tad scary, because they asked to discuss "feedback" from the interview, but it just turned out to be where they made the final offer (mid-late January). Very prompt and professional staff - never felt like I was left hanging.
Questions were asked from dsa and resume and the person who took the interview was polite and knowledgeable. He went through my resume before starting to ask any questions that might be irrelevant
It was good and easy. Had an easy going conversation and enjoy the manager that interview me. I liked the work environment and there and I enjoyed the overall culture. The work was fun to do as well.
