I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublin, Dublin) in Aug 2019
Interview
The process was great, the HR team is really helpful and give you all the advice you need to succeed! I applied on the website and had a 30min call with the hr manager. 2 weeks later a face time with a manager with usual interview questions and a mock call. I had the result and feedback quickly and a panel interview has been scheduled in 3 weeks. The on-site consisted of a presentation and a short interview. The managers were nice and help you to feel at ease, they also give you a lot of details on the department organization. I had the feedback quickly and a last call with another manager was organised (in 2 weeks time) . The all process took 1 month.

Question 1
What skills that you have developed are helpful for this job?
I was able to sort of bypass the initial rounds of the interview process thanks to a referral I had received from a former coworker of mine that now works there.
When I walked into the final-round conference room, I recognized one of the interviewers as someone I borrowed money from 2 years ago.
I have no intention of paying that person back so I turned around and left the room without saying a word.
The first two interviews were smooth but the last interview in-person was something else. The interviewer barely looked at me, which kind of threw me off. I did like the fact they offer a guideline of what to expect during the in person interview
Initial call with the recruiter went great. Received great feedback and was told that they would be moving quickly. Sent a follow up email only to be ghosted. No rejection email 2 months later, no reply nothing. I'm sure they are interviewing a lot of candidates daily but do better!
