Phone Interview: with recruiter at first then senior manager of the team. They are pretty nice and open to any questions. You need to email recruiter your available time slots then she will schedule your phone interview with the senior manager of the team. The senior manager is very nice and the interview is very interactive.

Interview
I was a current sales intern when I applied for the role. The recruiter was a great help to get me connected to the right people.
1-phone screen with the recruiter
2-phone screen with Solution Engineer Manager.
3-phone screen with the Director (my future manager) with a similar follow up of questions
4-create a demo of a mock company. Step by step instructions were given and overall took about 6 hours to make. I presented the 30 min demo to the team via google hangouts and spent 10 mins on feedback and follow up questions.

Phone screen had typical questions: why Salesforce; what's your sales/technical background; team player; strengths/weaknesses.
Second screening focused on background and skills; focus on company culture and team fit. alongside.
Team asked specific questions throughout the demo based on what I was presenting (whats the value for my team to use X feature?

Interview
It was a long process (5 interviews) but was a very positive experience. Each person who interviewed me was excited to talk to me and always gave me positive advise in order to prepare myself for the next step.
