Efficient interview process and the interviewer kept it simple. The questions were relatable and easy to respond to. I had no difficulty and found it went well. The interviewer responded well to my personal questions as well
Very informal and casual interview to gain insight into personality and to see if your ideas of what is important in the classroom aligns with the school. They want someone easygoing who believes in children being listened to and cared for. Structure is important but flexibility to achieve goals is also essential.

I went through a recruiter who set me up with the owner of the school for a phone interview. The questions were very easy- I think they really just want to hear your English pronunciation to ensure that you are a native speaker.
