I got in touch with one of their employees during career days at my University and gave them my resume. A few weeks later they called me and I was invited to their assessment centre. They paid for a nice hotel, business flight tickets and took us to a nice restaurant for dinner.

Interview
The interview process was very organized and they took me inside for interviewing about 25 minutes before time. I think that that was a great way to treat someone who was coming to your company for the very first time and that too, for an interview. The company is a really good one with a great staff. I had a good interview there for a fresher position.
