It had a different interview process. There was scenario based questions in the beginning followed by a group game involving teams, starting capital and the objective was to maximize that capital with the rules defined mostly on the lines of trading

Very interesting and fun. Consisted of various rounds including group discussion, case study and game simulation. There were several candidates shortlisted from various ivy league colleges based on the answers to a set of 3 questions going 'what would you do in a particular situation?'
