Fairly basic interview. I applied online and received an email to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about 25 minutes and I mostly talked about my previous experience and basic stuff like strengths and weaknesses.

Interview
The first round was a hirevue video interview. I submitted the video, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back from them. I think they've already hired someone but still haven't said anything to me regarding the job. The communication is horrible. At least they should update the candidates.
I applied online and it took about 2 weeks to review my resume and get back to me. The next step was a video interview just answering questions, but not talking to anyone. This took another 2 weeks to review, and got another video interview talking to a manager.

What about your background and experience qualifies you for this job?
Great!! Very behavioral. In person interview with campus recruiter followed by skype interview with potential team. Everyone was very friendly and I could tell they wanted to see what I could offer to the company
