After more than a month, I finally received a generic rejection email without any specific feedback. I understand that hiring processes can be complex and time-consuming, especially in large organizations. However, timely communication and basic feedback—especially after multiple rounds—would greatly improve the candidate experience. Candidates invest a significant amount of time and effort preparing for and attending these interviews, and a lack of response can be quite frustrating.
