Interview
Interview process took longer than I had expected. First interview was with the Controller/CAO, which was about 30 minutes, then had an interview with the HR Manager which was about 45 mins, then had a third interview which was on site that was a little over an hour.

Give an example of how you made a mistake at work and how you fixed it?
The interview is a personality assessment. The company wants to know if you’re positive and resilient. The questions analyzed your personality. There was no scientific based questions. The questions analyzed if you were resilient.
