Chased up my application for another role as I hadn't heard back after 5 days, I then got a call asking my to attend a f2f interview. I attended the interview the lady who invited me was at lunch when I arrived, she then had her lunch some man (I can't remember his name but was the boss) came in also late, I was sat in the main room watching TV waiting. Assuming for this lady who had just got back with her lunch to finish eating before my interview to be called through by the man to find he was conducting the interview. He talked about how they had process, procedures and high standards but that didn't show. During the interview he took little nots it felt like he had never interviewed anyone read from a script of of questions. Then during the interview he said someone else wanted to come in. A young girl came in, and slumped behind a computer out of my view so I moved my chair round abit further to try and see her for eye contact midway through this guy asking another question she got up closed the window through shut blinds and then walked around me turned on a heater and put it pointing towards me. It was like 20°c+ outside it wasn't cold I did not need heat blowing out at me!
She then basically made out my previous role wasn't as complex because they need to do DBS checks ( something I did in my previous role) and have standards as if my role wasn't hard! She was highly unprofessional, I actually told my previous colleagues that in all my life and from that of candidates I've had interview that has to top the oddest ever known to man!
