    Interview

It wasn't too bad. Asked about typical interview questions. I felt comfortable with the interview. They provided me with answers to all of my questions. I think it would've been better if they had responded quicker however with the scheduling.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Rockstar.

    Interview

Phone interview followed by face to face interview. Time between submitting application online and getting a phone response was over 3 weeks, and took another 2 for a face to face interview. Since that time, the company has switched and now does all interviews via Skype. Marketing is becoming smaller with this company, and positions within the department are becoming scarce.

    Sales Representative Interview

Anonymous Employee in Orlando, FL (US)

    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Rockstar (Orlando, FL (US)) in November 2013.

    Interview

I didn't really even interview. I just knew one of the managers in Orlando and they set up a phone "interview" where we talked about wake boarding. Pretty chill. Looking back I kinda feel bad for all the applicants - never looked at. Then again it was kind of like a fraternity so they usually hired friends.

Simple, two phone interviews then one face to face. Most general managers live in other states so it's hard for you to get a 1:1 until they are free to come into your city

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Rockstar in June 2017.

    Interview

I filled out an online application and then was emailed by a recruiter asking for copies of my drivers license so they could run a motor vehicle check for their insurance. If you can’t pass that, they won’t interview you. The recruiter called all my references before she called me which was weird. I ended up playing phone tag with her for two weeks before we had a conversation that lasted maybe 10 minutes. I was asked very basic questions anyone could pass. Then I was told I would hear from a senior sales manager later on or the next day, it took over a week for him to call me. I had a 15 minute phone interview and got the job on the call.
