Interview
It was an extremely long process. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable but I had over 8 interviews and no offer. Throughout the interview process, folks would share with me that “process heavy” is company culture.
Long and repetitive. Six interviews from the recruiter screen through an interview with VPs. Each ask the same range of standard interview questions. The panel "DEI" interview is not rigorous: they're just appending "with attention to DEI..." to standard interview questions. No communication at the end of all that--just ghosted.

Interview
This was a disorganized and way too lengthy (many months!) process for just a program officer position. The initial interview with one of the recruiters was a nice positive experience, but the panel interview with more recruiters from the same firm was just bizarre. It became clear that they did not all have the same understanding of the position and I was given (and asked) contradictory information and questions about the role. I had really high hopes for this position, but I found the process too disorganized and the role clearly was not well thought out by the foundation. Neither the foundation nor (as a result) the recruiting firm had any clear idea of what they were looking for. Big waste of time.
