Group interview, included role playing for selling socks. About 6 other people and the store manager and an assistant manager. Normal question included tell us about yourself, name an experience that you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you solve it, what do you like to do in your spare time, what are your goals.

Everyone at the company is very nice! However, in the interview process there will be some questions that make you think of multiple scenarios b/c its customer service. Be ready to make sure you think of times were you had to calm a customer/client down. Be ready for How, Why, What did you do to fix the issue.
