Very Silicon Valley, very professional and very well run. The interviewing panel were all incredibly competent and were the most in-depth I have ever gone in a hypothetical case study type task. Strategic Product Thinking - 1 hour - 1 Male interviewer 4. Behavior & Leadership - 30 mins - 1 Male interviewer 5. Technical Deep Dive - 45 mins - 1 Male interviewer 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration - 30 mins - 1 Male interviewer After all this, I received a fairly generic rejection email "You have an impressive background, however at this time we’ve decided to move forward with other candidates whose qualifications more closely align to this role" which was a little disappointing given the time investment but I assume this was in part due to a lack of automotive experience.
