Interviewed for a senior commercial sales role to cover a territory. Very professional and in depth HR process that involved multiple stages of calls to discuss the company, its technology, and its future. Had an initial brief call (about 15 minutes) to gauge my interest and then a follow on call that lasted about one hour. Riverbed team members are very confident and friendly.

You need at least 5 years inside or outside selling experience with over quota achievement from a high tech employer. I would research all products lines and learn about the company's history.
