Submitted a resume through their website and eventually got a response by e-mail after a few weeks. Arranged for two Skype calls in the weeks thereafter, the length of time was reasonable and the decision came very quickly as well, in this case one day after the interview. As a whole, the process itself was OK. Not the most personal and detail oriented as I have experienced, but it worked!
