I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Richdale Apartments (Omaha, NE) in Apr 2026
Interview
The initial phone interview was positive and the team seemed very attentive, almost giving the impression that I was already a strong candidate. However, the assessment that followed was extremely disappointing. It felt nothing like a real job-related test—more like a vague, outdated college exam with material no one would remember years later.
On top of that, the assessment required being audio- and video-recorded, you couldn’t click on anything else, and each question was timed at just two minutes. That’s nowhere near enough time to think through or answer the questions thoroughly.
A candidate’s skills should be evaluated based on real-world experience and what they bring to the role—not through an unclear, high-pressure test that doesn’t reflect actual job tasks. They also didn’t review the assessment with me or explain what they were looking for.
Overall, the process felt misleading, and the assessment was neither accurate nor fair in evaluating applicants.
Recruiter was very passive aggressive. I told her i had issues with the zoom password and she blamed me for the issues and told me to rescheduled I simply blocked this lady no wonder they are desperate to hire people.

Interview
There were two interviews. Both interviews they just wanted to get to know me and my experiences. The first interview was with HR and the second one was with the Regional Manager.
