Richard Lewis Communications interview questions

Haphazard. No technical knowledge was demanded of me at this interview, which consisted of a very general chat by phone, which lacked clarity and focus. I interviewed for a residential role, but details of my accommodation were not clarified. I then had another telephone interview with another manager, which was similarly vague. There was no subsequent evidence of communication between the two interviewers, which lead to confusion in my travel and starting arrangements. Unprofessional.
