Interview
Communication was fantastic as when I applied there was a recruiter in place who assisted me the entire way through the interview. There are no longer recruiters which put me as a candidate at ease.

Question 1
The need for industry knowledge is not necessary and they ask very broad basic questions. I cannot remember a specific question from the interview process.
First a phone interview. Then another round of in person interviews with several different panels in New Jersey. The majority of the questions were behavior based and best answered in the STAR format. Received an offer first. Then a territory placement shortly after.

Give an example of a time you had to work with someone with a different approach than yours and how you worked through it?
The process was simple. I applied for the job. Then I was contacted by HR for a screening interview. A week later I had a panel interview with 5 managers. The process took a few weeks. Then I went to corporate for a new hire workshop.

Interview
Phone interview, car ride with, flight to meet directors, hired and placed in a territory. Constant interaction with hiring manager. Very quick and positive experience. No wait for response to know how you did during the interview process.
