The interview involved discussing relevant experience, and then an introduction to the role. There was an introduction to the company and a lot of emphasis on expectations to work independently. The structure of the company was a little confusing - there was mention of many sub-teams taking ownership of projects, which I assumed I may be joining. However the expectation for the role seemed to be about working largely in isolation with the interviewer on delegated tasks in an "executive assistant" way. There was emphasis on LLM-based AI rather than broader ML skills. There was no feedback on the outcome.

Lunga e amichevole chiacchierata con HR, in cui si parla delle proprie esperienze e ambizioni, dopodiché loro raccontano la realtà di Reply. Mettono a proprio agio senza domande pressanti, cercando di capire verso quale dipartimento si è più affini. Al momento sono ancora in attesa di un feedback per procedere con colloquio tecnico.
