My interview process was extremely lengthy and took several months to be finalized, I'm not sure if this is normal but it felt like I was in limbo and unable to make decisions about my future. They claim to have Kindness as one of their big company values but I also found out later that they retrenched many people (including a close friend) with little to no warning. They moved her to a new 'subdivision' that they created and then a few months later said that this subdivision is not important to the company and needs to be closed down (incl. retrenching all those employees).
