Interview
Starts with phone screening where they ask you behavioral and technical questions, then behavioral interview with recruiter, followed by a technical interview with two people, then behavioral and cognitive online assessment followed by final interview mix of behavioral and technical questions with 3 people in management positions. I thought I did very well every step of the way and recieved positive feedback every step of the way, that all came crashing at the end when I didnt get an offer.
It was a very difficult interview for an entry level position that I was willing to take nearly 20k less for than my current position at my current company. It is frustrating of all this talk in the cyber security market that we need more people to fill these open roles, yet the qualifications and barrier to entry within this sector is ridiculous. It looks as if I am not the only one to make it through the entire interview gauntlet here to come out without an offer.
