No interview was given. I had to do a video interview and a test and received an email telling me I passed both of them and have reached the final stage. I was told there was an interview and that I would be contacted with a date and time. It has been two weeks since and I am yet to receive an interview. Communication is key but Reed seem to be bad with that.

Multiple interviews, a bit repetitive, all done remotely via Team or telephone. Should ask more about IT skills, customer care and team work in the interviews in my opinion. They need to be clearer in their job description about how many shifts they would like you to do and on what days as well.

Telephone interview where you’re asked how you have the necessary skills to handle being a Test Centre associate, a lot of the questions are just based on your previous experience.

Q: What experience do you have working in a repetitive environment?
The application process was long and drawn out when I did finally receive a job offer the onboarding was even longer. Constant emails from HR assistants asking for documentation which had already been sent to a different HR assistant.
