The two ladies that interviewed me were full of great advice on the job and very insightful about what the job entails. Looking forward to beginning my sales career here!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What sales experience do you have prior to applying?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
Phone interview then onsite interview. The person I interviewed talked like a bobble head and was very arrogant. I read an article on North Korea once and this place reminded me too much of it so I turned the offer down. Seemed like a very controlling and fake environment. Interview was easy enough but I believe it's like applying for Mc Donald's just about everyone gets an offer. Be prepared to read from a script to do a sales pitch.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Raleigh, NC) in Sept 2021
Interview
Open zoom meeting room for interviews. Two quick rounds of interviews. We went over call scripts and got some feedback. Overall a very easy interviewing process. I was given an offer and now have to submit to a background check and drug screen

Question 1
How have you handled miscommunication between you and management in the past?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Red Ventures (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
The interview process was smooth. Normal
questions & they’re very straight forward , look into the company before applying cause they ask you about it. It’s also very hard to get an interview with red ventures so if you got it then they’re really looking forward to hiring you. Also they’re going to ask you to sell something to them, they’ll pick an object in the room and you have to make a pitch on the spot but they are very friends & will train you very well
