3 Phone interviews - 1 HR screener to gauge interest in Gaming, 2 calls with Mgmt (Director of Ops and CEO) to further understand background and thoughts on new forms of gaming mechanics; 1 on-site interview with 3 rounds (BI staff, PM, and CTO) that included analytics/brain teasers.
