Awkwardly long Zoom interview that culminated in a test that was unfair to be given without any training. I would have expected to be treated with more respect for my time and to be given a fair chance at passing the test. To ask someone to test a skill without giving more information about the test itself is not fair. Even if this practice is good for their hiring process, it is not fair to the applicant to be put on the spot and expected to perform as if they knew what they were expected to do. To top it off, there were no written instructions or support documents given before the "testing" began. The individual interviewing was very kind, but I did not enjoy the process other than that.
