Interview process consists of a phone screening, personality test, a cognitive function test, and a skills test using TestDome. I question the legitimacy of some of the TestDome questions. The Rawlings Group uses pair-programming as their development environment. I usually have a test question I use for every interview that asks what are some ways the company is working to improve the culture and/or environment, and I got a response that it was perfect. I've seen poor reviews about this company.
