I was being selected for the Interview post knowing that I had 3 months of notice period in my Organization and was being taken 7 rounds of Interview and post all the rounds i was being selected for the position and the HR provided me the salary annexure and we also had a negotiation on my package and post that she asked me to reach out to my manager if the notice period can be made to 2 months like they can buy out my notice period. I asked them to raise the offer letter so that i can negotiate on my notice period. I followed up with them as the offer letter was not being raised post 2 weeks also. Then after a span of month they confirmed that they have hired another person for this position and the position is now closed
