A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to set up a phone interview to discuss a UX role. We were supposed to schedule a call at 12:30 PM, but she never called me. I sent her my resume in advance and I set aside time during my lunch break to meet with her. What a waste of my time, she never called. She should've at least been courteous enough to email and let me know that should could not make it. SHE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. This is a bad look on your company. I will never work with a Randstad recruiter again.
