Panel interview, unrealistic questions with respect to the job interviewing for, however, most interviewing is similar to this. HR did a great job of screening before the panel interview so you at least knew if the position paid your expectations before the panel interview.

long and slow but efficient. multiple levels of management wanted to participate but finding a convenient time for them all is a challenge. Need to be able to pass a security screening. They do follow up with all of your references

Interview
A professional, yet comfortable environment was created by the two interviewers. I have found that this is rare in a phone interview, but they treated me as a peer and set me at ease.
