Brief Phone Interview, then call in for In Person Interview. Process took about 2 weeks then was followed up with an offer. Overall a pretty general interview process. Asked about how well you work in teams and what your work style was like. How the skills you have relate to the job you are applying for.

The interview set up was quick and conducted through email directly with the hiring manager. The interview itself went well and the hiring manager asked common interview questions. The negative part of the experience was the lack of response following the interview. There was no response from the hiring manager or anyone at RH for more than a week, after the hiring manager had said he would give me a response within a week. I followed up via email and did not receive any response and it has now been more than 4 weeks.
