Do not interview here -- total waste of time. Spent 2.5 months through 5 rounds of interviews, including a project, meeting the CEO, and a 3-hour final panel. Throughout the process, RADAR was extremely disorganized, requiring multiple follow-ups to move the process forward, and 2 of my interviews were rescheduled the day they were supposed to take place. In the middle of the interview process, they decided they wanted to create a new role for me, instead of what I had previously interviewed for -- but it was unclear what the responsibilities of this new role would be. During the final panel, one of my interviewers was downright hostile, questioning how I could help the team if I wasn't a subject matter expert in their department. After the process had concluded, they tried to offer me some kind of part-time contract role, instead of the full-time role I was seeking (and what I thought I was interviewing for). Maybe the worst interview experience I've ever had.
