R.R. Donnelley Sales Development Director interview questions

The interview process was extremely long and intensive. It took 3 months with 7 interviews. Every interview seemed to go extremely well, but after the last step, I received no response or contact for 2 weeks. At that time I was advised that they were going with another candidate. 3 months is WAY too long for a hiring process. As is 7 interview steps. I would strongly recommend streamlining this process as that ended up being an immense waste of time.
