R.I.T.A. interview questions

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zensar Technologies (Pune City (India)) in November 2018.ot very clear & efficient as it is not very clearly explained what are different bands are available what are there hierarchy level. Was offered below level even with more past experience I have had in same technology

They ask you to take a basic math test so they can assess your math skills. Not hard at all. Then a continued interview process with a panel of people. Staff is very nice. Office environment is secure and nice.
