Interviews with counterparts from USA and also locally. Atleast 5-6 rounds of interviews. Post Tech interview, HR negotiates. If interviewee asked to leave in 2 rounds, then it is a definite reject. Even for approved ones, staffing takes lot of time to get back. In some cases it can be couple of months before they get back
