You need to get recommended from somebody on the inside to get the initial interview. The interview itself was straight forward enough. They asked about past experiences and tried to tie it to the requirements for the job. There was no technical portion of the job, but there was an expectation to do some software programming as a manager. Did not get a response after the interview. Saw the position "closed" on the web site.
