I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PwC in Oct 2010
Interview
Once I was shortlisted for an interview, PwC took all the interviewees on an office tour and showed us what a day in the life of a CA would be. We also got to sit around and chat with partner. The office tour ended with a lunch with other fellow interviewees and 1 of the interviewers. The interview itself was with a manager and a partner, each consisting about 30 minutes each. The interview style was behavioural-based and asked about specific examples of past behaviours regarding PwC's core competencies. Some topics mentioned were conflict, teamwork, recent financial news.

lot of stages of interview. i need to take a test. then go through the first stage of interview. then 2nd interview is quite tough as they the questions are more very high thinking level which i am underprepared. but it was a great experience.
The process was well-structured and professional overall. It included behavioral questions, discussions about audit/accounting concepts, and questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving. Interviewers were friendly and made the conversation comfortable. The process was moderately challenging but fair, with clear communication throughout.
