There were two rounds of interviews and a skills assessment. The initial interview was pretty easy, more of screener. The skills assessment was somewhat time consuming and was uncompensated. The second round of interviews was with a panel of eight people and was divided into two segments: first a formal interview and then a more informal discussion without a manager present. The whole process took about 7 weeks.
