Interview process was easy, interpersonal questions about why you are choosing that field. I didn’t have experience in the field but being eager to learn helped with the job offer.

Experience in the field? Why you chose this population?
Phone screening, in-person interview, another phone screening. They were nice and informative. There were things that I wish I would have been told before taking the role. I met with a supervisor and the director. I had been in contact with the program director for a while.
