Applied through University in Fall of 2021. Progressive got back to me via phone call in one week. Went through 3 rounds of interviews. The first two were phone calls. The last and final interview was a online screening. All the interviews were behavioral based, no LC or System Design questions.

I met them at the career fair and received an on the spot interview for the next day. The next rounds would’ve included behavioral and technical questions. It was simple questions about my experiences as projects and internships because I was going for an intern position

Interview
I attended the aa campus career fair and went through pre-screen, around a week later I got a final round and the final round consisted of 2 45min behavioral interviews. There was no technical interview as they believe internships are to learn and you shouldn't be expected to know it all. I had a good experience overall, my interviewers were funny and great people to talk to. They gave me lots of insight on the internship program and other questions.

Started with a Virtual career one on one, then a 30 min behavioral interview, and then two 60 min behavioral interviews as part of a 5 hr final interview event until I received an offer
