Got in touch fast, interview questions were irrelevant and not corresponding to the position. Don't really care about personal experience and expertise if it's different than the hiring team's personal way of approaching tasks. Too long and not structured.
Asked about OOPS, DBMS, DSA, AWS (EC2, LAMBDA, CLOUDFRONT). More focused on OOPS and core JAVA. DSA questions on trees, graphs, linked lists, arrays, hashmaps, sets, stacks, queues, and few other algorithms
OA round then technical round then hr. Technical was based on your job description, your projects, your resume and your DSA. HR was based on projects and your communication skills.
My interview experience with the company was exceptional. The process was well-organized and transparent, with clear communication at every stage. The interviewers were professional and friendly, creating a comfortable environment. Overall, it was a positive and encouraging experience, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
