I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pinnacle (Pasadena, TX) in May 2018
Interview
Overall good interview experience, but I found it odd that they didn't offer transportation or lodging. You go in and you talk to a current employee "off the record" and ask any questions you may have. You then go in and you have a panel interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pinnacle in Sept 2021
Interview
There were three interviews: first a recruiter phone screen, then two Zoom interviews with one project lead and one project manager in each interview. Questions were mostly behavioral in nature, and they asked about the experiences listed in my resume.
Very easy. One HR Phone interview, and one in person interview with management. More about personality fit than actual technical knowledge. One short HR interview after that. Nothing to be too worried about.
I applied online. I interviewed at Pinnacle (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process was phone Interview with a recruiter, phone interview with an engineer, and then an in person interview in Houston, TX. The interview with the recruiter was not technical and was more getting to know why I was interested in the job etc. Second phone interview was more technical about my skills and knowledge and previous work experience. In person was a combination of the two. Interview had 3 people in it, one from HR and two managers.
