Phone Screening was very standard! Ask you about your experiences, knowledge and your interests. The problem arose after the phone screen. They ask you to do a CCAT assessment which is supposed to tell them about your level of intelligence and frankly, that was one of the stupidest tests I've taken. 50 questions in 15 minutes. They never got back to me after that assessment. I'm not sure what sort of an organization has these assessments where they also ask you to turn on your camera and they watch you do the test. It made me feel uncomfortable as well. What if I didn't want your software extensions installed on my personal computer?
