The initial process was to fill out the application in store then to go home and go on line and do a simple assessment online which you find out after you have been hire has to be at least 70-75 %. If you score high enough you are called in for an interview which nearly always results in a job offer however even for experienced people the pay is below average.

Interview
It was about 30 minutes long. The manager asked me basic questions about myself and the job. He wanted to know my availability and if I were able to unload the truck due to the boxes being heavy.
Simple and transparent process. After applying, was asked to come in to interview in person. Interview was professional and took around 45 minutes. Heard back from hiring manager within a week.
