I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Phreesia
Interview
It was a simple 15 minutes HR Interview. the interviewer asked a few questions and ended the interview. I somehow didn't get selected for the next round. I was told that there are 5 rounds in the interview process. 15 minutes HR interview is Rond 1. meeting with a team had of some sort is round 2. round 3 is more of a technical interview. round 4 is team interview. round 5 is interview with an executive, and then decision is made.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Phreesia (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
Interview process consisted of about 6 interviews total, way too many for an entry level position.
Honestly most of the interviewers seemed uninterested in working there. They were not horribly engaging and despite going through about 5 previous interviews because one person at the end felt like I was "rushing" they decided to go in a different direction. Meanwhile that interviewer was unprofessional, had someone else in his home office constantly talking. Was the biggest joke of an interview I had ever experienced.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Two lengthy case presentations that essentially were about the same thing.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Phreesia in Mar 2018
Interview
Submitted resume at college job fair. It took just a few days to get a phone screening. Phone call was short (less than 10 minutes) and it was only about going through your resume with no behaviour questions. HR acted like a machine in the phone, she spoke very fast, which made me feel she wasn't patient, and she gave no feedback after you finished talking.
