The interviews themselves were fine and conversational. I am rating this as negative because I never heard back after the second interview and was ghosted by the recruiter when I followed up. I would have at least liked to recieve a rejection note.
It is unprofessional for any company, but especially for a company whose entire product is to improve the candidate experience.
