Interview
The hiring and interview process was smooth and much better than expected. The interview lasted a couple of hours and I had the opportunity to meet with my manager as well as Senior Medical Directors that I now work closely with. Everyone I met with were extremely generous and accommaditing and interested to learn about my past experiences. Shortly thereafter, I received an offer from HR and within a few weeks I was hired.

Very smooth and clear process and very friendly and respectful interviewers. Questions about background, as well as some technical and behavioural questions. Suggest candidates research Pfizer's core values during preparation

Interview
Only did the initial screening process, but it seemed rather relaxed, which I appreciated. The interviewer was very personable. Other than that, like most interviews. Did not move past the initial screening process though.
First round interview was a 30 minute HR phone call. Second Round interview was a mother 30 call with the hiring manager. Final interview was followed by 3 hour Zoom interview with a panel of 7 people
