I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Pfizer (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
First interview; two people interviewed me and asked me about 20 questions ranging from my education to strengths weakness to experience to college/work related examples. Took about 40 mins in total.
Second Interview: was more intense and more challenging. Again some basic background questions. Very heavy on why I wanted the job why pick me why I chose one career over the next what could I do that no one else could.
Didn't get the job in the end. In a way happy I didn't as I don't think I would have been fully happy or content after my interview experience. This is no reflection on the employees just vibes weren't there after the two interviews
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pfizer in Oct 2024
Interview
Typical interview process. First round was with HR recruiter, took about 30 mins and asked your typical housekeeping questions. Second round was with the hiring manager of the team that I would be working on. Took about 30 mins and asked tactical questions related to the role. Third round consisted of a panel interview with 4 team members. Asked questions related to Pfizer core values and lasted about 45 mins.
After a week and following up with both HR and hiring manager, never heard back anything. Was officially ghosted.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to solve a problem in a unique way?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pfizer (Shanghai, Shanghai) in May 2012
Interview
A series of phone interviews; I first interviewed with the hiring manager, followed by the supervisor and finally with the director of the business unit. I had received the interview opportunity through the director of the business unit so I did not have to interview extensively at this level, but the interview with the immediate supervisor was quite extensive. The interviewer expected that I be able to give my answers in Chinese, so it was quite grueling in this respect, but it was fair overall in terms of the scope and difficulty of the questions.
