the interview process consist of three technical rounds and client interview(conversation and sql).The whole process was conversational include scenario based questions with some sql questions. My experience with Scott was a really good one but my second interviewer Varun had already made up his mind that i did not have the required skill and he sent this on the interview invite mail,on the day of the interview I got a call from someone in Perficient that Varun was not going to join and they were shocked by his behavior 20 mins before my interview .To everyone out there I just want to say one thing I have no issues with being rejected as I have had more than 200 plus rejection but Perficient do not have people like this to be part of your interview panel as its just giving the company a bad name and the thousands of wonderful people working for this company. Just pick people who would respect their fellow interviewer and interviewee for this process. Condone this behavior in the future
